During his Celebrity Night show at Wave Lounge, MC Kats revealed that he is suffering from Aids
Ugandan media personality Mc Kats real names Edwin Katamba, husband to singer Fille Mutoni and host of NBS After5, has publically opened up about his status, saying he has Aids.
This came after the news that shocked his fans while he was in London, where he had gone to do his work. Mc Kats, a beloved host of the NBS After5 show wanted to put an end to his precious life after attempting to stub himself with a knife.
This act sparked allegations from his fans that their idol had gone mad. Quickly fellow friends helped Mc Kats and called for paramedics to take him to a hospital in London.
“Whoever said I was mad, I was taken into a body machine, a brain-machine and all other processes until the white man said I needed to be discharged because I didn’t have any problem. I refused and I told them how they wasted my time because I have pneumonia and AIDs and that it’s what they should help me with, “said Mc Kats.

Besides, Mc Kats also warned all those who continue to abuse him and told them to go and treat their illnesses in London as he does.
“So base your abuses towards me knowing I’m on international medication. Abuse me if you can afford me. If you can afford a hospital in London, go treat your AIDs, cancer and diabetes in London and call me back. That’s the truth. I have all these things documented and I will put them on social media. I told the white man now that you know I’m not mad, treat my HIV and Pneumonia. I’m on medication and I’m not even drinking,” Mc Kats continued to make it clear.

The media has also started to suspect Mc Kats girlfriend and her daughter’s mother of being a victim of the virus.
Songbird singer Fille Mutoni came over and gave information to all those with baseless accusations that she is suffering from HIV/AIDs.
Fille says she is the only one with knowledge of her health and therefore those false accusers should recover from their lies.
“I am not bothered by baseless accusations after all I know my health better than anyone and the same applies to Kats. So I just pity any person who comes out of the blue to accuse me falsely with such baseless rumours and I just pray for that person to get healed of lies. You understand it’s my life. One thing you need to know is that I’m a mother, I keep myself safe, Period!” said Fille Mutoni
