Controversies
Kawooya Bangirana issued a warning to the Muslim faithful and locals that they should not dare mingle with People Power (PP) because they are a bunch of time-wasting scumbags.
One strategy to make sure Kawooya keeps her control over the region is to deny Kabatsi the chance to speak at village gatherings.
Additionally, she has requested that during fundraising events in the neighbourhood, people do not permit Kabatsi to give anything less than Shs 500,000.
She is quoted saying:
”I’m only a regular MP, she said, reporting her colleagues to the president. “The work has been left up to me alone by my two minister coworkers, SK and Kabatsi. I’m determined to keep organizing, yet I’m not even supported.”
Added that despite Kutesa’s undeniable strength and influence in Sembabule, he is never present to rebut People Power misinformation because he is always away. Even if he turns up, he will be ineffective in any mobilization because of his involvement in regional political intrigues and factions.
