- Chose which card to stop

How to block using the Stanbic Bank App
- Open the Stanbic Bank App and select more.
- Click on manage cards
- Go to card settings
- Select stop this card
- Confirm your action by clicking yes.
Once the card has been blocked, it cannot be used again. You must visit a Stanbic branch with a valid National ID and request a replacement or a new one.
Card replacement is available at any Stanbic Bank branch at only UGX 16,900. Stanbic Bank customers will old cards can also exchange them for new ones if they wish.
