Co-presenter of NBS After5 Dj Roja confirms that Mc Kats is okay, and needs support from fans.
Many celebrities, including a co-host of NBS After5 Douglas Lwanga and DJ Roja, have come out with their views on the current situation of Edwin Katamba, also known as Mc Kats.
Dj Roja, an NBS After5 co-presenter, hadn’t said any words yet, but it was during an interview yesterday that he joined his friends to confirm that Mc Kats is all right.
During an interview with one of the local media stations, Dj Roja confirmed that Mc Kats is very fine and lively, but only the fans need their love to get out of the depression caused most of all by social media bloggers and news reporters.
“That blogger, who posted that doesn’t know what’s happening maybe he did it seeking for likes, or because of comments, or because he’s not human enough. I was with Kats on Saturday at Wave, he was okay. He also went to Guvnor to meet his friends, he was okay

Roja added that if Mc Kats came out publicly and announced that he was HIV positive, he did not see any problems in that, even though many said that Kats was not the first to do so before.
“If he came out and confessed that he is HIV positive, he’s not the first, even Philly Lutaaya did it….some child in South Africa also did it, unfortunately, he passed on. He has done so because he wants you to know his current situation. He has done it to awake other people, not that he sought for news,” Dj Roja added.

As many have asked, Dj Roja asked the bloggers to stop attacking Mc Kats with a gentle tonal voice because he’s a father who deserves some respect before his family.
“Bloggers please let’s be human. Kats has children and he’s a parent. His children have friends and if they hear such in news they feel bad. Kats right now is on treatment and he’s doing fine.
