Sambar

For its preparation, we use some of these ingredients as toor dal, turmeric, oil, water, tomato, onions, carrot, beans, potato, brinjal, chili, turmeric extract, jaggery, salt, mustard, urad dal, red chili, and curry leaves.

Stepwise guidelines for its preparation are as follows:

  • In a pressure cooker add dal, turmeric, oil, and water.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes or to cook dal.
  • After cooking mash the dal and make it smooth. Continue the addition of onions, tomato, beans, brinjal, and some drumsticks.
  • In a while add curry leaves, chili, and water and mix to boil.
  • As you found water is boiled add turmeric extract, sambar powder, jaggery, and salt. Mix it well to make everything mixed.

Cover the 

  • pressure cooker for one more wrestle to make it mashed well.
  • For the preparation of tempering add oil, mustard, dal, and leaves.

Bombay burger
