Earlier in his career, he worked with Uganda Telecommunications Limited (UTL) having joined in October 2007 as a Mobile Network Engineer up to January 2013. He then shifted roles to become the Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer.
He later moved on to continue his career journey with Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). His tenure at UCC has seen him move through several key positions, having started as the Manager of Radio Spectrum Planning and Authorization.
He was then appointed as the Head of Radio Spectrum Management, a role that placed him at the forefront of managing Uganda’s radio spectrum.
Next, he was appointed Head of Communications and Infrastructure Services at UCC. This broadened his experience to encompass the wider communications infrastructure.
