Tiramisu

Tiramisu is one of the renowned Mediterranean desserts, a mixture of ladyfingers with cream or mascarpone making them classic. Ingredients for its preparation are egg yolks, granulated sugar, heavy cream, mascarpone, coffee, cognac, cocoa powder, ladyfingers, and bittersweet chocolate.

  • In an electric mixture, put egg yolks and sugar and make them smooth.
  • Transfer this mixture to a bowl and put it aside.
  • In another bowl add cream, sugar, and mascarpone and make it soft. Continue stirring to make it fine.
  • Mix espresso and put them in another bowl.
  • Place cocoa powder on the bottom of the baking dish by using a sifter.
  • Dip ladyfingers in espresso mixture and place in the bottom of the dish. Repeat this process for all of them.
  • Make a layer of mascarpone on ladyfingers.
  • On top of all make a dusting of cocoa powder and finely grated chocolate.
  • Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator before serving.

  • Roll the pieces in a rectangular form.

Madarica is a welcome addition to every festival table. For its preparation, we use flour, egg white, baking powder, sugar, butter, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sugar, butter, rum, dark chocolate, and oil.

  • Prepare your filling first.
