Italian Ricotta pancakes breakfast

To make homemade fluffy ricotta pancakes we use some of these ingredients as ricotta cheese, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, fine salt, milk, vanilla extract, and butter. These are some stepwise guidelines to prepare them.

  • Start by getting a good ricotta texture. As if you found it has a lot of liquid, remove it by draining but if it is dry and good you can skip it as well.
  • In a mixing bowl add baking powder, baking soda, ricotta, milk, egg yolks, four, and vanilla extract.
  • Continue mixing to make them combined and smooth in texture.
  • Add the egg white to a bowl and beat it well with an electric mixer. Add these mixed eggs to the above batter.
  • Heat a grill and keep medium heat to do it.
  • Pour this batter on the hot griddle. And cook these pancakes for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • While cooking continues changing sides to cook them well. Repeat the same process for all the ones.
  • As cooked serve immediately as warm and could be served by adding lemon curd, fruit jam, or maple syrup and enjoy.

Brioche Italian breakfast

To make Italian brioche we use ingredients such as warm milk, honey, dry yeast, eggs, vanilla extract, white sugar, sea salt, melted butter, and flour.

  • Get all the ingredients to measure them and keep them ready.
  • In a mixing bowl add milk, and honey, and eat. Beat it well to form a combined mixture of it.
  • Let it be for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
  • Get one more bowl to add egg yolk, and beat it well until the formation of bubbles.
  • In the same mixture add vanilla, sugar, eggs, flour, and salt. Make it mixed to form a dough of it.
  • Knead this dough for 5 to 6 minutes. Add butter a bit in it to make it fully incorporated in it.
  • Place dough on a soft surface and make a thin layer of it. Chill it overnight.
  • After being in cold divide it into parts and make them shape.
  • Now put your brioche arranged in the dish and bake in a preheated oven.
  • Bake to form fined and browned. As prepared serve them by adding of topping of heavy cream and serve.

Ciambella

For the preparation of ciambella ingredients, we use eggs, granulated sugar, zest, lemon juice, baking juice, salt, and flour. These are the directions for its preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a pan with butter or oil and set it aside.
  • Take a large mixing bowl and add eggs, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and olive oil. Beat it well until all of it is combined well.
  • In one more bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add some more wet ingredients in it until all of these will be combined and wet like a kind of creamy texture.
  • Put a pan on the heat and pour this batter on it continue cooking for 40 to 45 minutes more.

  • When it is finely baked remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes by putting it on a wire rack.
  • It is prepared and ready to serve which could be done by the addition of some powdered sugar.
  • Leftovers could be stored for 3 to 5 days.

Italian Maritozze breakfast

To make your favorite Italian sweet buns we use flour, sugar, salt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, oil, lemon zest, dry yeast, eggs, milk, and heavy cream. Some of the directions for its preparation are given:

  • Take a mixing bowl and add flour, sugar, yeast, salt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice in it.
  • Continue mixing to form a perfect dough of it.
  • The number of materials could be variated depending on the texture and consistency of the dough.
  • Now place it for 10 minutes to let it smooth, soft, and elastic.
  • Keep this dough in a bowl of plastic cover it and let it for 1 hour after that dough will be double in size.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and make them shaped in the form of balls.
  • Put these balls in the baking tray. And bake it in a preheated oven.
  • Continue baking to make them finely cooked and browned.
  • Before baking make sure the dipping each of your rolls in the mixture of eggs and milk.
  • After removing from the oven cool for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a topping for it.
  • In a medium-sized bowl add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar beat it well, and pour into a piping bag.
  • Add the toppings with it full each bun with this creamy mixture. And served with the addition of powdered sugar.

Zeppole 

Zeppole are one of my favorite Italian donuts. To make them ready we use ingredients such as milk, water, butter, sugar, salt, flour, eggs, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon sugar. These are the instructions to prepare them as:

  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Put a pan on the heat and melt butter.
  • In a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract.
  • Beat all of these ingredients well by using an electric mixer and heat them a bit to form well combined.
  • As this batter is sticky pour it in hot oil and cook until these are well cooked and browned.
  • While cooking stirring and flipping is essential to prevent overcooking or hard.
  • As done remove from heat and wrap in a paper towel remove excess oil and serve with a dusting of confectioners’ sugar.
