Using The My Airtel App

Here’s how to use the My Airtel App;

  • Get the My Airtel App and set it up. The software is accessible on both the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android users.
  • Sign up using your Airtel MIFI number and provide the OTP when prompted.
  • Tap Manage Account on the homepage.
  • Next, choose View Balance.
  • Select Data balance.
  •  On your screen, the remaining data balance will be visible.

Using the MiFI web Management interface

This approach necessitates using the MiFI web management portal to access your data balance.

  • Your computer must be connected to the Airtel MIFI.
  • Turn on the MIFI.
  •  Choose the MIFI name under WIFI Connections.
  • Open your computer’s preferred browser.
  • Next, open the webpage 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.
  • A request to input your MIFI username and password will appear.
  • Input username as admin.
  • Enter the password “admin”.
  • It will then load the Airtel Admin page.
  • Click on the home tab and then Manage Accounts.
  • A USSD box will appear.
  • Dial *175*4# to view your MIFI data balance.

Check through your mobile device

You may choose to check your data balance through your phone especially, if you have exhausted all of the other techniques mentioned above. 

Here’s how you can;

  • Disconnect the MiFi.
  • Open the back cover of your Mifi router and take out the sim card.
  • Put your sim card into any phone.
  • Once the network has been successfully connected, dial *175*4# and click OK
  •  A message displaying your data balance will appear.
