Uganda Revenue Tower

The Uganda Revenue Authority, a government body tasked with collecting public taxes, is housed in the main offices and headquarters of this tower, which was built between 2015 and 2019.
It stands at a height of 79 meters and has 22 floors.
A maximum of 1,700 workers can work in the high-rise building, which also has 1,070 parking spaces, 360 of which are subterranean. The price to build the URA House (URA Tower) was US$38 million (UGX: 139 billion).
Crested Towers: Tall Tower

The largest building company in Uganda, National Housing & Building Company Limited, as well as the government construction company are the owners of Crested Towers.
Tall Tower and Short Tower are the two towers in the building. It has several tenants, notably Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, and the offices of the European Union Delegation in Uganda are located in the North Tower. The building has 20 stories and was built in 1970.
It stands at a height is 72.33 meters and has 20 floors.
Pension Towers

This building consists of three connected towers. One 25-story centre tower, flanked on either side by 10-story towers.
The office building, which has been under development since 2008, is made up of three connected towers, with a 32-story centre tower and 10-story towers on either side.
There will be more than 75,000 square meters (810,000 square feet) of office space spread over the three stories. In the development, there will be parking for more than 500 cars.
Mapeera House

The second-largest indigenous commercial bank in Uganda, Centenary Bank, has its main branch and corporate offices in this structure. There are 19 floors, and, it stands at a height of 68.71 meters.
The Pearl of Africa Hotel Kampala

The Nakasero Hill Hotel, built between 2006 and 2017, is situated at the foot of The Pearl of Africa Hotel Kampala, at a height of 1,240 meters (4,070 feet) above sea level.
The hotel, which was initially built under the Hilton Hotels brand, has a 740 square meter (7,965 square foot) ballroom, nine meeting rooms, two boardrooms, and a business centre.
The building stands at 90 meters and has 24 floors.

The National Social Security Fund’s current headquarters are located in this structure.
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF), a quasi-governmental organization, is in charge of collecting, storing, investing responsibly, and distributing retirement funds from Ugandan private sector workers who are not protected by the Government Retirement Scheme.
Participants must be both employers and employees. With assets of USh15.5 trillion (or roughly US$4.406 billion), as of June 2021, the Uganda National Social Security Fund is the largest pension fund among the nations of the East African Community.

Cham Towers
The structure was once known as UCB House and was owned by the Uganda Commercial Bank (UCB). UCB was purchased by Standard Bank of South Africa in the middle of the 2000s, and as a result, it became Stanbic Bank Uganda.
Real estate tycoon Karim Hirji purchased UCB House and renamed it Cham Towers. It stands at 60.96 meters and there are 16 floors in it.
Kampala Sheraton Hotel
The structure, which debuted in 1965 as the Apollo Hotel, has undergone several name changes. Middle Eastern businessmen obtained the right to lease the hotel from the government of Uganda in 1999 and manage it for the following 25 years.
The investors obtained a franchise from Sheraton Hotels and Resorts to utilize the Sheraton brand in the business. There are 14 floors in it and it stands at a height of 50.63 meters.
Church House

Church House is a business structure in Uganda’s capital city of Kampala. The Church of Uganda is the owner of the 15-story structure.
The project started in 2011 and was finished in June 2018. Equity Bank (Uganda) provided mortgage-based finance for 70% of the project.
It stands at a height of 54.25 meters and has 15 floors.
Uganda House

This building is owned and run by the Milton Obote Foundation, an exclusive for-profit company.
The Uganda People’s Congress (UPC), one of Uganda’s political parties, has its national headquarters in this structure.
It has 16 floors and stands at a height of 60.96 meters.
