The Source Café

The Source Café is located on Plot 20, Main Street, Jinja.

Even when compared to other restaurants in Jinja, the food and coffee at this establishment are excellent. The history is extremely interesting, and a lot of people appreciate the story.

At Source Café, their chicken pieces are excellent, and you’ll appreciate their cappuccinos and lattes. The nicest trinkets in the city are also available here.

Jinja Sailing Club

The Mezzanine provides a serene, attractive atmosphere where guests may unwind with a drink, have a meal or simply take in the scenery next to the lake. 

They also offer shareable small dishes of food. Guests can eat as much or as little as they want with more than 20 dishes to select from, catering to all dietary preferences!

The Nile Porch Lodge and The Black Lantern

The Nile Porch Lodge Black Lantern isn’t far from Bujagali Falls, Jinja.

In 2004, a collaboration between The Nile Porch Lodge and The Black Lantern Restaurant was formed. Bingo (South African) and Hannah (British) gained sole possession of the lodge as a family business in 2009, and since then, they have entirely renovated it to a much higher standard.

They have completed the construction of their bakery, spa, and organic vegetable patch, but improvements are still being made. The operator of the facility is currently installing solar lighting in all the lodging units that already have solar hot water systems. 

It’s a good spot or order food and drinks as you watch vervet monkeys, pangolins, porcupines, mongooses, hedgehogs, caracal, genet, vervet, and red tail monkeys that frequently visit. 

The Pearl Restaurant and Lounge

This lively eatery is located at 37 Main Street Jinja, Jinja.

On Jinja’s Main Street is where you can find The Pearl Restaurant and Lounge. By giving Arise and Shine Uganda 100% of their profits and holding fundraising events, they are helping the community. They also assist with other neighbourhood-based initiatives.
