Controversies

Following his notification to Pastor Bugingo that he would be departing from his position, the management, in a panic, promptly removed the most-watched programme on TV, Omusunsuuzi, and gave over the Brainpower portion to another presenter.

Fredrick Lugonvu finally explained why he left Salt Media allegedly in a phone conversation with a news media group.

Lugonvu, who initially denied the reports of his resignation, subsequently stated that he quit because he wanted more time to focus on his own firm in order to successfully build it.

Lugonvu also said that he will not be joining any other media house at the time, despite the many lucrative agreements that have been brought to him now that he has progressed from employee to boss.
