Unlike most shopping stores, Game operates differently as it provides item warranty, where customers are refunded or their goods replaced 21 days from the time of purchase.
As well, Game ensures ongoing service on any product bought from their store even after the warranty expires. The costs will be kept to a minimum however, for warranty purposes, proof of purchase is required.
According to the English dictionary, a warranty is a guarantee issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period.
Meanwhile, Game also informs its customers that if they have purchased a particular from their store and within 21 days of purchase, they find the identical product at another store of a different company at a lesser price to take it upon themselves to inform those in charge of the company (Game) and a refund of more than the difference will be given back to them.
Besides, they call on their customers to alert them of reduced prices of similar commodities in competitor stores that they will be more than determined to beat that price.
