Kyagulanyi headed for Rubindi town in Mbarara where he assured his supporters that his campaigns are not financed by foreigners.
The NUP presidential candidate Kyagulanyi together with his wife Barbie Itungo started their day with prayers in Mbarara amidst heavy deployment of the security operatives.
After church prayers, Kyagulanyi headed for Rubindi town in Mbarara where he assured his supporters that his campaigns are not financed by whites. On hearing this, supporters started showering him with money as a way of supporting him.
“President Museveni always says that our campaigns are financed by whites but are these people whites,” kyagulanyi asked.
But kyagulanyi never had kind words for President Museveni who had called his supporters fools while campaigning in Hoima. Kyagulanyi
“When you see kyagulanyi and his stupid supporters who don’t know Uganda. Those fools are financed by whites,” Museveni said.
“I just feel sorry for president museveni his age makes me feel sorry for him. It’s the same person who said that the more someone grows his mind becomes unfit,” kyagulanyi responded.
Kyagulanyi says President Museveni needs to retire and it’s the up task in front of them. He also urged his supporters to forgive president Museveni because age has caught up with him.
“Instead of getting annoyed with president Museveni I just feel sorry for him and urge other Ugandans to forgive him,” kyagulanyi added.
Kyagulanyi also spoke about the supporter’s President Museveni is buying off saying he cannot buy everybody but instead he needs to fix the problems in the country.
“After seeing that scaring off supporters, beating and intimidating doesn’t work now he has resorted to buying off supporters but the sad news I have for him is that he cannot buy everybody and buying doesn’t put drugs in hospitals, doesn’t pay teachers , doesn’t pay security organs,” kyagulanyi added.

After sweeping parts of western Uganda, Kyagulanyi is expected in the central region this week as we gear up for 2021 elections while President Museveni is in Mubende district which critics say he is losing as we head 2021 because of the dynamics that have come into play.
