Bishop David Livingstone Kiganda is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Christianity Focus Centre Church, Mengo Kisenyi a Kampala City Suburb, Uganda.
Kiganda is also the General Overseer of more than 80 other Church branches across the nation under Christianity Focus Centre.

David Kiganda got born-again in July 1987, under the preaching efforts and leadership of the Late Apostle Deogracious John Balabyekkubo and Dr Joseph Serwadda both then Pastors of Victory Christian Centre, Kibuye Kampala.

After serving in his mother church for some years and attending various Bible training programs, conferences and seminars, Kiganda started the Christianity Focus Ministries, in 1990 with a vision of planting and empowering churches across the country, advocating and agitating for the five-fold ministries to take roots in the churches as it is written in the Bible; Ephesians 4:12.
In 2000, he was elected the Divisional Chairman of the National Fellowship of Born-Again Pentecostal Churches Uganda, Kampala Central Division.
In July 2005, he was elected District Chairman Overseer of the entire, NFBAPC-U, Kampala District.
Bishop Kiganda is one of the pastors who advocated for the re-opening of churches after they faced closure following the Coronavirus outbreak in early 2020.
He started a silent strike demanding that the government re-opens churches that were closed as part of efforts to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

Kiganda got married to his first wife Hadijja Nasejje on the 27th October 1991 at Victory Christian Centre Ndeeba after cohabiting for some years and then separated in 2006 before they officially divorced in 2012 on accounts of adultery, cruelty and desertion.
Bishop Kiganda’s wife Pastor Cindy Kiganda, a pastor at Christianity Focus Ministries, is the founder of the Annual Royal Women Beauty Conference.
