Jjingo Francis was born in Masaka District on 26th June 1978 to the family of Mr Jjingo Gerald Kalule.
Jjingo Francis attended Apostles of Jesus Seminary in Moroto District and Light Secondary School Kitoma.
Thereafter, Jjingo joined Makerere University from where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass-Communication from Makerere University Kampala.
Work and Experience
Jjingo Francis began his journalism career at Radio Uganda currently Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC), then NTV Uganda till date.
Jjingo is one of the pioneer groups at NTV Uganda.
