Murchison Falls National Park is second to none when it comes to birdwatching in Uganda and Africa in general. The park is home to more than 350 bird species, including 23 that are exclusive to the Albertine region.

In the company of an experienced birding guide, you will have the opportunity to search for some of the park’s more well-known bird species.

The river Nile is possibly one of Uganda’s top fishing spots. Typically, Nile Perch, Tilapia, and Tiger fish are caught by casting lures or employing live bait.

Uganda is a fantastic fishing destination because it affords tourists a front-row seat to Africa’s iconic fauna and breath-taking scenery. The possibility of seeing dangerous animals such as crocodiles adds to the excitement and adventure of the experience.

However, anglers are often accompanied by armed park rangers in the event they encounter hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, or elephants. Crocodile-infested parts of the river are avoided by anglers.
