Ruth Nsemere Komuntale (Omubiitokati) is a Ugandan Royal best known as the Princess of the Tooro Kingdom.
Early Life and Education
Princess Ruth Nsemere Komuntale was born in 1989, in Fort Portal, Uganda to the late King Patrick Olimi Kaboyo II and Queen Best Kemigisa.
Ruth Komuntale attended Pointers Elementary School in the United Kingdom (UK) then Aga Khan Primary School in Kampala, Uganda.
Komuntale later joined the International School of Martyrs in Tripoli, Libya. As a royal, she got installed as the Batebe to her brother, Oyo Nyimba Iguru Rukidi IV, on 12 September 1996.
Work and Experience
Ruth Komuntale works at Wells Fargo, an American multinational financial service company in San Franciso, California. She was named Employee of the Month in February 2019.
Ruth is also into charity works as she works at City Gate, DC which is a nonprofit organization (NGO) aimed at helping underprivileged children.
Ruth Komuntale is married to her longtime fiancé, Jamaican Deejay and IT engineer, Anthony Phil Amooti aka DJ Dutty Phil in a private wedding ceremony in the United States of America.
The event happened on May 15 2021, they exchanged vows that sealed their marriage in Texas, USA.
This was her second marriage ceremony following the collapse of her first marriage in 2013, a period of one year in marriage.
The ceremony was attended by Komuntale’s brother, the King of Tooro Kingdom, Uganda, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV and Queen Mother Best Kemigisha.
In the speech she delivered at her wedding event, Princess Komuntale revealed that God granted her a second chance in marriage, found love and best friend in her second husband.

Princess Ruth Komuntale was previously married to an American businessman Christopher Thomas.
The two tied the knot on November 17, 2012, after conducting their introduction ceremony, at the Gweri Village, eight kilometres from Fort Portal City, in Uganda on November 15, 2012.
Christopher is a Missouri native and was a graduate of an American University in Washington DC. He works at the Discovery Channel in nearby Silver Spring, Md.
Ruth Komuntale did not mention her Royal status to Christopher until their engagement where he truly became aware of the Princess’s role in Uganda in 2013 with reasons unknown to the general public.
