Black Roots Unlimited to headline Club Guvnor Ciroc Pop Night- Valentine’s Special with a treatment of Reggae and Soul Experience to lovebirds.
On Valentine’s Day this Friday, Club Guvnor Ciroc Pop Night will be dignified with the Black Roots Unlimited who is arguably the largest and most sought-after jazz and reggae band in the country.
During their performances, the night will be jam-packed with live classic soul and R&B music which happens to be the best touch for those looking forward to celebrating love on the lover’s day with a twist that will see a couple of band members trade their instruments for a chance at mixing and serving cocktails for revellers during the fun love-themed night.
According to the Bandleader, Tshaka Mayanja confirmed being ready to stage a live performance at the popular event with his band members featuring Nehemiah Kasika, Aloysius Migadde, Yanzi, Samuel Bisaso, Lisa, Julius Sese and Tonya Michelle Ahenda.
Black Roots Unlimited will perform classic duets, solos and soothing jazz music such as “No one’s gonna love you”, “Lovers Rock”, “Mund’omwo” and many more that are sure to thrill reggae music fans on the Valentine’s Day Night.
For more to be expected by revellers in the event, are performances which will be followed with mixes from spin doctors Selector Jay, DJ Bryan, Baby Luv and DJ Dash throughout the night hence keeping revellers on their toes till morning.
On this turn, Club Guvnor Ciroc Pop Nights performance will be the perfect getaway to wrap up the lover’s date night because Black Roots Unlimited boasts a foundation of reggae music including blends of funk, jazz, afro-pop and soul.
