Wakiso Giants FC newly signed goalkeeper, Derrick Emukule, 22 years is looking forward to developing his career as a young goalkeeper.
Speaking on his first interview after joining the Wakiso based club, Emukule who becomes the first signing of the club in this window said that this is a great step in his career as a youngster.
This is a great step in my career as a young goalkeeper. Last season was a learning process in the division and with such an ambitious club, I’m even looking forward to more developmentEmukule said.

The 22-year old was immense for Ndejje University as they staged a late fight to stay in the top tier and was arguably the club’s best player despite them going down on the second last match day of the season.
In goal, Derrick Emukule will be set to prove his quality in a bid to attain a starting position ahead of the experienced Yasin Mugabi, Ivan Mutumba and Cleo Ssetuba.
The Purple Sharks will be looking forward to more signings to boost their squad in a bid to secure survival in the upcoming football season.
Wakiso Giants, Proline and Kyetume FC are the three teams that qualified for the upcoming 2019/2020 Star Times Uganda Premier League season.
