MTN Uganda has improved its data services yet again by repackaging the Gaga Wednesday bundle to include the entire weekend. The Gaga Wednesday bundle, which had a three-day expiration date of Saturday, has been renamed Gaga weekend.
MTN Gaga weekend bundle is valid from Thursday, at midnight, to Monday at 5:59 a.m.
One of the unique features of this bundle is that it can be loaded as many times as desired. Additionally, the bundles change weekly, which means that better data/voice offers may appear along the way.
To activate the new MTN Gaga weekend bundle, you must use the MyMTN mobile app. The app can be downloaded from Google or Apple Play stores.

What Has Changed Recently With MTN Gaga Weekend?
- Weekly data offers and voice bundles keep changing. This is comparable to the Gaga Wednesday arrangement, in which users received a variety of data offers at varying pricing each week.
- Valid from Thursday at 12 a.m. through Monday at 5 a.m. In comparison to the mid-week Gaga Wednesday, which ran from Wednesday through Friday night.
- The MyMTN app is required for activation.
- Within the operating timeframe, activation is limitless. That is, you can purchase the bundle even after Thursday, the bundle’s first day of validity. Over the weekend, if the Gaga Weekend bundle you purchased has depleted or is insufficient, you can purchase another.

How do I Load the New MTN Gaaga Weekend?
- Install the MTN Momo App
- Open the application and select your country
- Enter your mobile phone number, followed by your Mobile Money PIN.
- Wait for a One-Time SMS to arrive and enter the code received. Once the code is approved, the MTN dashboard will be displayed.
- From the list of items, select Data bundles.
- Then decide whether to choose yourself or others (To recharge for a friend)
- Choose Gaga Weekend from the Daily Bundles list.
- Complete the transaction by ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your Mobile Money account or enough airtime.
- Click Complete and your MTN Gaga Weekend bundle will be added to your account.
