Lakeside Adventure park
Lakeside Adventure park was the first leisure park in Uganda to feature a high ropes course. The park is ideal for group activities, retreats, family days out, team building events, corporate groups, school, and family days out.
This leading-edge establishment offers adventure activities in a tranquil location close to a lake, with highly skilled support staff.
Whilst it can be accessed by road, the easiest way to reach the park is using water transport from KK beach in Ggaba on the northern shores of Lake Victoria.
From Ggaba’s KK Beach, you can take a boat ride straight to Lakeside. The duration of the boat ride is 45 minutes.

One can reach Extreme adventure park by bus, taxi, or private means.
You can drive along Gayaza – Kampala Road and then Gayaza Zirobwe Road. This drive takes roughly 1 hour
and 8 minutes.
The second route traverses Bombo Road and Kampala – Gulu Highway or Kampala-Masindi Road, followed by the Gayaza-Zimbabwe Road.

Park Shoebill Adventure Park
Park Shoebill Adventure Park is on Bussi island, which is southwest of Entebbe.
The island is 8 kilometres from Entebbe town, which takes 40 minutes to get to by car, usually through the Nakiwongo Landing site in a motorized canoe or 15 minutes in a speed boat.
A variety of activities, such as hiking, bird watching, kayaking, ziplining, private camping, and sport fishing are available.
Park shoebill also provides a place to stay for people who want to spend the night.
Nyungu Yamawe forest park
Nyungu Yamawe is a forest park located near Kira, off the Bulindo road, close to the Kitukutwe Trading Centre.
It is a great spot to visit and one that you will undoubtedly want to check out again after your initial stay, due to its historical traditional architecture and classic interior decor.
Nyungu Yamawe boasts a traditional African setup, with 17 cottages and an infinite camping area to accommodate a variety of client needs.

The Recreation Project’s 5-acre outdoor leisure centre is located outside the northern Ugandan town of Gulu. it is situated in a Eucalyptus forest and provides youth development and team-building activities through adventure-based learning.
Through outdoor adventure and play, youth from all backgrounds as well as children engage in adventurous activities at the forest park to help them acquire essential life skills.
Therefore, it doubles as a leisure and learning centre in Northern Uganda. The major activities at the park include low ropes exercises, a 300-foot zipline and a 30-foot-tall climbing wall.
